RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges must be made within fifteen (15) days of purchase. We do not reimburse shipping expenses incurred when returning or exchanging merchandise purchased on Skullastic.com.

Order the wrong size? As long as clothing items are returned in their original, unworn condition, you may exchange them for a different size as long as the replacement item and requested size are in stock. Please include $5 for return shipping costs. Unhappy with your purchase? If you wish to return an item, you will be issued a “merchandise only” credit that can be used toward future Skullastic.com purchases.

Include (1) a copy of the original receipt—include a description of why you’re exchanging/returning; (2) your contact information—include your name, your mailing address, your telephone number and email address (in case we need to contact you regarding your return/exchange). Insuring the return and/or requesting a delivery confirmation is highly recommended. Skullastic is not responsible for returned or exchanged merchandise that is lost in transit.
